‘To be able to grip an audience of this age group takes some level of skill.  Chris delivered a seamless talk, and presentation, with confidence and a good stage presence.’ Arts Liaison Officer, Bath Children's Literature Festival

‘Our English teachers felt Chris offered us the best author visit we’ve ever had!’ Wycliffe School

‘The children haven’t stopped talking about it.’ Pinewood School

I offer author visits, talking about my books and the writing process. However, I’m far more interested in talking to young writers about their work; about how we create stories and how we can tell them, as clearly and effectively as possible. As well as one-off workshops and days, I have delivered a few workshop 'series'. Spread out over several weeks, I can work with writers to help them develop and deliver a particular writing project.

Most of my bookings are through Authors Aloud (who are amazing!), you can contact them here: Authors Aloud

‘As part of the Paper Nations’ team of writing tutors, Chris devised and led workshops for young people which gave them belief in themselves as storytellers and helped them to create and celebrate their first pieces of published work.’
